Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines acceptable and unacceptable uses of Market Express services.

2. Acceptable Uses

  • Store and fulfill legitimate products
  • Conduct lawful commercial transactions
  • Import goods in compliance with US customs regulations
  • Utilize transfer pricing structures with proper documentation
  • Sell to authorized channels (direct, Amazon, eBay, etc.)

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Store, ship, or sell prohibited products
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Misrepresent product origin, contents, or value
  • Evade customs duties through false declarations
  • Store unauthorized hazardous materials
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Sell counterfeit goods

4. Prohibited Products

  • Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
  • Controlled substances and illegal drugs
  • Alcohol and tobacco (without proper licensing)
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Products subject to embargo or sanctions
  • Hazardous materials beyond approved lithium-ion batteries

5. Transfer Pricing Requirements

Vendors utilizing transfer pricing must maintain proper documentation including transfer pricing studies, arm's length pricing evidence, and contemporaneous documentation as required by IRS regulations.

6. Customs Compliance

All imports must comply with US Customs and Border Protection regulations. Vendors are responsible for accurate product classification, country of origin marking, and truthful customs declarations.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, suspension, termination, forfeiture of inventory, or legal action. Market Express reserves the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
