Services like US company formation, EIN registration, and business banking are performed by our vetted Service Partners—experts in their fields who work under our coordination to ensure a seamless experience. You get the expertise without the legwork of finding providers yourself.
About Fulfillment Support
Market Express provides fulfillment support as part of our 3PL services. Our team handles:

- Shipping and delivery inquiries
- Returns processing (per your policy)
- Warranty replacements (per your policy)
- Inventory status updates
Routed to vendor:

Vendors set their own return and warranty policies. Our team executes these policies automatically without discretionary decisions—just like Amazon handles FBA customer service.
Retail-Ready Goods Requirement
All goods must arrive at Market Express facilities in retail-ready, shippable packaging.
We do NOT perform:
- Assembly or kitting
- Product labeling or relabeling
- Product modification
- Quality inspection
- Repackaging or bundling
- Any value-added processing
What we expect:
- Products in final retail packaging
- Ready to ship to end customer
- All product labels already applied
- Barcodes/SKUs scannable
- Documentation complete
- 4"×6" clear space for shipping label
Goods requiring preparation, assembly, or processing will be refused or returned at Vendor's expense.

All products must have verified Country of Origin (COO) documentation. Products sold to government buyers must meet additional compliance requirements.

- Verified Country of Origin documentation
- Manufacturing location disclosure
- Component sourcing transparency
- HTS code classification
- Customs documentation accuracy
Federal Procurement Compliance:
- TAA compliance verification
- Section 889 banned telecom screening
- Buy American Act eligibility tracking
- FAR compliance audit trail
- DFARS requirements for defense contracts
Section 889 Prohibited Equipment
Federal law prohibits government contractors from using telecommunications or video surveillance equipment from the following companies (or their subsidiaries/affiliates):
Products containing components from these manufacturers cannot be sold to federal government buyers.
TAA-Compliant Countries
Products from TAA-designated countries (including WTO GPA signatories, FTA partners, and least developed countries) are eligible for federal procurement. China, Russia, and several other countries are not TAA-compliant. Market Express automatically filters and labels products by TAA eligibility.
