Can I upgrade to Advanced later?
Yes. We credit 50% of your Medium setup fee ($3,000) toward Advanced upgrade if done within first 12 months.
What counts toward my 60 content hours/year?
Text edits, image swaps, new simple pages, blog post formatting help, menu updates, product updates. Does NOT include writing blog posts for you (that's content writing service).
Can I edit pages other than blog posts?
You can edit blog posts yourself. For other pages (Home, About, Products), you submit requests and we make changes using your included hours. For full page editing, upgrade to Advanced tier.
What's included in the 24 dev hours/year?
New features, form modifications, integration updates, layout adjustments. Unused hours roll over for 1 month. Major features beyond 24 hours are billed at $150/hour.
How many blog posts can I publish?
Unlimited. You can publish as many blog posts as you want. No per-post fees.
Do I need to use all my hours each year?
No, but they don't roll over year-to-year (only month-to-month for dev hours). Most clients use 40-60 hours content + 10-20 hours dev per year.
